My Story
My name is Adam Sheinhorn and I am the owner/operator of Terrapin Home Inspections. As our company name would suggest, I am a proud graduate of the University of Maryland. GO TERPS!!
I have spent the last 30 years as a public school teacher and administrator, the last twelve in a Career & Technology Center. I had the privilege to be a part of preparing the next generation of the skilled trades workforce.
I have spent a lifetime in and around the construction industry. My family and I have been involved in new home construction and remodeling for the better part of 50 years. As an InterNACHI-certified, Maryland licensed home inspector I approach every property with a breadth of knowledge and attention to detail. I view each property as though it's my own.
